England - Race Riots

NPR's Julie McCarthy reports from London that the weekend race riots in northern England have pushed sensitive questions of race and immigration back into the spotlight of Britain's election campaign. Prime Minister Tony Blair blamed white extremists for the unrest in Oldham, but he also he warned Asian youths there is no excuse for lawlessness.
