Death Sentence Reprieve

NPR Legal Affairs Correspondent Nina Totenberg reports on the Supreme Court's decision to invalidate the death sentence of Texas inmate Johnny Paul Penry. Penry was convicted of killing a woman almost 20 years ago, but with the intellect of a seven year old, he is also legally retarded.
