NPR's Political Editor Ken Rudin dropped by an unusual bi-partisan event yesterday on Capitol Hill. Members of the House gathered for an ice-cream social, trying to forge relationships over the toppings bar. Politics were kept low-key, and questions limited to "chocolate or strawberry?"
