Scott talks to Joe Nocera, editor in chief of Fortune magazine, about the major record labels' new efforts to provide music online. Unlike Napster, the record labels plan to provide online services on a subscription basis only and to impose other limitations on users. Meanwhile, several free music providers have popped up in the wake of the music companies' successful lawsuit against Napster.
