Carbon Storage

NPR's Richard Harris reports on the technology of carbon storage as a means of combating greenhouse gases. Instead of cutting down on emissions, carbon storage keeps the gases from entering the atmosphere. It's a solution that has many people excited, especially in the oil industry. But some environmentalists warn that it doesn't solve the underlying problem of pollution.
