Israeli Cease-Fire

NPR's Linda Gradstein reports from Jerusalem where Israeli and Palestinian leaders have agreed with reservations to a U.S.-brokered cease-fire. The plan was negotiated by CIA Director George Tenet and there are hopes it will lead to a new round of peace talks.
