Bush In Europe

Host Bob Edwards talks with NPR's Julie McCarthy about President Bush's trip to Europe. The president is in Brussels today, where he is attending a NATO meeting. Mr. Bush is facing criticism from the European Union for his opposition to the Kyoto agreement on global warming and the ABM treaty.
