Patients' Bill of Rights

NPR's Mara Liasson reports that Democrats are making the Patients' Bill of Rights their first legislative priority now that they control the Senate calendar. Debate on the bipartisan Kennedy-McCain Bill is scheduled to begin next week, and the measure has a good chance of passing.
