Host Bob Edwards talks with Michael Gerhardt, a law professor at William and Mary College, about the ethical issues surrounding the stock portfolios of many members of the Bush administration. One of the president's key advisers, Karl Rove, has come under fire for meeting with officials of Intel while owning stock in the company.
