Host Bob Edwards talks to Alfred Kahn, professor emeritus of economics at Cornell University, about the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's meeting today in Washington, D.C., to consider price-caps on electricity in California. Kahn says energy companies are not the only ones responsible for the energy crisis in California.
