Tobacco Suit

NPR's Adam Hochberg reports on the Justice Department's move to settle a Clinton-era lawsuit against the tobacco industry. The lawsuit attempts to recoup federal health care money spent on smoking-related illnesses, but the department fears its case isn't strong enough to go to trial.
