Oil and Gas Vote

NPR's David Welna reports on the aftermath of a surprise vote in the House of Representatives that postponed any oil drilling in "environmentally sensitive" areas, which would include the Gulf of Mexico. The 247-164 vote was a major defeat for the Bush administration, which found itself on the opposite side from the president's brother, Florida Governor Jeb Bush. Lawmakers now expect the White House to be more prone to compromise on such environmental issues.
