Milosevic Extradition

Host Bob Edwards talks with NPR's Guy Raz in Belgrade about the Yugoslav government's decision to extradite former president Slobodan Milosevic to face the War Crimes Tribunal in the Hague. The decree raised a great deal of outrage in the country, where many people wanted Milosevic to stand trial in Yugoslav courts.
