60s Murder Hearing

NPR's Eric Westervelt reports on Charlie Robertson, the mayor of York, Pennsylvania, who is charged with the murder of a black woman during race riots in 1969. Robertson's attorney admits his client may have made discriminatory comments against blacks in those days, but argues Robertson's former racist views do not amount to homicide.
