Rumsfeld's Goals

NPR's Tom Gjelten reports on Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, who is currently petitioning the White House for an even bigger increase in defense spending. Rumsfeld says his job is to modernize the military to prepare for future threats, and that more money is needed to do so.
