Supreme Court - Tobacco Ads

NPR's Barbara Bradley reports on today's Supreme Court decision striking down some limits on tobacco advertising in Massachusetts. The restrictions had been suspended pending the court's ruling. Now, for the most part, they will not go into effect. The court said less restrictive federal laws on advertising take precedence.
