U.S. Reaction to Extradition

NPR's Michele Kelemen reports on the Bush Administration's reaction to yesterday's extradition of former Yugoslavian president Slobodan Milosevic. Analysis are calling it a victory for President Bush, and say that this move will shape Yugoslavia's future in the international community.
