Microsoft Ruling

NPR's Wendy Kaufman reports on the continuing court battle between Microsoft and the Justice Department. A federal court yesterday threw out a previous ruling against the company, a decision the software manufacturer is hailing as a victory. But this ruling also sends one of the major issue back to court — the question of whether Microsoft broke the law by bundling its Internet browser to its operating system.
