NPR's Julie McCarthy reports from The Hague, Netherlands on former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic's first day in jail there. He is to stand trial before the UN tribunal in The Hague for crimes against humanity. Milosevic was extradited from Yugoslavia yesterday to be jailed with other alleged war criminals from a decade of Balkan wars.
