Scott talks with Doctor Stuart Seides, Vice Chairman of Cardiology at the Washington Hospital Center, about the procedure Vice President Cheney is undergoing this morning. Doctors at George Washington University Hospital are considering placing an Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator in his chest to correct a potentially lethal arrhythmia.
