Patients' Bill of Rights

Liane Hansen talks with NPR's Steve Inskeep about the Senate version of the Patients' Bill of Rights, which passed on Friday night. It contains provisions that President Bush has vowed to veto, and there is no guarantee the House version of the bill will be much more to his liking.
