America's Iraq Policy

NPR Senior News Analyst Daniel Schorr says President Bush has mishandled Iraq policy of late. The president has made large, but fruitless, concessions to the Russians and Chinese, and allowed Iraqi President Saddam Hussein to use oil production as diplomatic leverage.
