Host Bob Edwards talks with NPR's Richard Harris from Bonn, Germany, where he is covering the final stages of a global warming conference attended by representatives from 178 countries. Delegates are scrambling to keep the Kyoto Treaty alive, after the United States' decision not to ratify it earlier this year.
