China Trade Status

NPR's Kathleen Schalch reports on yesterday's House vote to maintain normal trade ties with China. The vote passed by a large margin in the end, but only after hours of heated debate. This was the last vote on the issue because the United States has agreed to stop reviewing China's trade status once it joins the World Trade Organization.
