Civil Rights Nominee

NPR's Claudio Sanchez reports on President Bush's proposed nominee to head the Civil Rights office of the U.S. Department of Education. Conservative lawyer Gerald Reynolds' nomination already is facing stiff opposition from education groups and the head of the confirmation committee.
