Host Bob Edwards talks with Natalie Goldring, the Executive Director of the Program on General Disarmament at the University of Maryland, about this week's UN conference on small weapons trafficking. Nearly 200 countries are meeting to establish international standards for the weapons trade. But the U.S. has refused to cooperate.
