Dry Tortugas

In the latest National Geographic Radio Expedition, NPR's Alex Chadwick visited Dry Tortugas National Park, which, despite its name, is mostly underwater. The new ecological preserve off the coast of Florida is the government's first attempt to protect the ocean as a wilderness area. (5:19
