A new report by the consumer advocacy group "Public Citizen" says the government pays half the cost of creating new prescription drugs. But Americans pay more for their drugs than people in many other countries. On this Talk of the Nation, Juan Williams talks with industry experts about the rising the cost of prescription drugs.
