Global Warming and Congress

More than 180 nations have adopted an international agreement aimed at easing global warming, but the Bush administration has said it will not join them. That has provoked sharp discord on Capitol Hill, where those who support the Kyoto Protocol clashed today with those who oppose it. NPR's David Welna reports from the Capitol.
