Host Bob Edwards talks with the head of the Federal Aviation Administration, Jane Garvey, about the problem of airline flight delays. Garvey says the FAA and U.S. airports are working together to reduce the time that travelers spend waiting to take off, but that it's a problem with no simple solution.
