Mexican Cross-Border Trucking

The North American Free Trade Agreement was supposed to allow Mexican drivers to bring their trucks into the United States, but labor disputes and safety issues have kept those trucks out. President Bush today called on Congress to end the ban on Mexican trucks. The issue has reached a critical point in the Senate. NPR's David Welna was watching at the Capitol.
