Biowarfare Threat

This week the United States walked away from an opportunity to strengthen a germ warfare treaty and it was revealed that the government is not adequately prepared for a biological attack. Scott discusses the state of biowarfare with D.A. Henderson of Johns Hopkins University and Jonathan Tucker of the Monterey Institute of International Studies.
