GOP In the South

Scott talks to GOP political consultant James Farwell about the Republican party's dominance in the South. Last year, Democratic presidential candidate Al Gore didn't win a single southern state, and most of the region's governors and congressional representatives are Republican. But demographic changes throughout the region could be eroding the GOP's control of the South.
