Toledo Receives Incan Blessing

NPR's Martin Kaste reports on the inaugural celebrations for Peru's new president, Alejandro Toledo. Toledo took part in a traditional ceremony asking the Incan gods for their blessings, an opportunity he used to promise a larger role in his government for the concerns of the indigenous population.
