NPR's Elaine Korry reports on the latest villain in the fight to conserve energy — electronic devices that drain power even when they are not in use. Remote-controlled TVs, cell-phone chargers and surge protectors are all known as power vampires, constantly sucking up energy through their prongs. And now President Bush is calling in the vampire hunters.
