Robert Siegel speaks with Mark Millage, chairman of the Radio-TV News Director's Association about likely media reaction to the election reform commission's recommendations which include that news outlets refrain from announcing projected presidential winners untill all polls in the country have closed. Mr. Millage says networks won't cooperate with that effort.
