U.S. - Russia

In Moscow, U.S. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld apparently failed to convince Russian leaders that the ABM Treaty is "a relic of Cold War" which should be scrapped. The ABM Treaty would bar deployment of the missile defense shield that the Bush administration says it's committed to. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Ivanov said his country feels no need to leave that or any other nuclear treaty. NPR's Martha Wexler reports from Moscow
