Berber Revolt

NPR's Kate Seelye reports from Tizi Ouzo, the capital of Algeria's Berber homeland, on growing discontent among the Berbers. Berber protesters are demanding that Algeria's government recognize their indigenous language alongside the official language, Arabic.
