Interest Rates Cut

NPR's Jim Zarroli has more on the Federal Reserve's move yesterday to cut short-term interest rates. The cut was smaller than expected, but analysts say that's a reflection of the Fed's confidence in consumer spending— which makes up two-thirds of the U.S. economy.
