Travel Agents vs. Airlines

NPR's Jim Zarroli reports on the travel agents work stoppage scheduled for next week. The work stoppage is in protest to a cut in commission paid to travel agents by major airlines. Airlines including but not limited to Delta, United and Northwest have reduced their commission to the agents.
