Noah Adams talks with composer and pianist David Thomas Roberts. Roberts performs music he calls Terra Verde a music that has its roots in ragtime. The composer has a love for the land particularly Kentucky and all that it evokes. His passion for the land can be heard in this romantic musical style. (12:30)
The piece includes two pieces of music, Babe of the Mountains (which is not commercially available) and Roberto Clemente which is on the CD American Landscapes, on Viridiana records. The web site is http://www.greenearthmusic.com.
