NPR's Phillip Davis reports on the proposed change to Florida's voting laws. The Voters Bill of Rights legislation within Florida's election reform bill has caused the U.S. Justice department to step in. State civil rights organizations compare the language to Jim Crow laws. But spokesmen for Secretary of State Katherine Harris say that Harris plans to fight for the legislation.
