Nick Spicer reports from The Hague, where former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic appeared today for a second procedural hearing. Milosevic is preparing for his trial on war crimes charges. He remained defiant, complaining of discrimination and isolation in prison. Chief Prosecutor Carla Del Ponte announced she will file new indictments against Milosevic in October for alleged crimes in Bosnia and Croatia, including a genocide charge stemming from the war in Bosnia.
