Democrats On Tax Cut

NPR's David Welna reports that Capitol Hill Democrats are taking another look at President Bush's tax cut in the wake of reports about the dwindling budget surplus. But despite dissatisfaction with the tax cut, most Democrats are steering clear of any action that might be perceived as a tax hike.
