Illinois Barge

Reporter Todd Gleason takes a barge trip through the locks of the Illinois River. Farmers and grain shipping companies want the government to lengthen the locks on the Illinois and Mississippi rivers to allow grain barges quicker passage. But environmental activists say the costs might be too high.
