Fiorina's Future

NPR's Elaine Korry reports on the challenges facing Hewlett Packard CEO Carly Fiorina in trying to push through HP's acquisition of its competitor, Compaq Computer. Stock prices and profits at both companies have fallen recently, and completing the deal during a sustained market downturn will be difficult. Even Fiorina's supporters are beginning to question her leadership after several quarters of disappointing earnings reports.
