Fox In Toledo

NPR's Don Gonyea reports on President Bush's and Mexican President Vicente Fox's state visit to Toledo, Ohio. The pair toured a Hispanic community and spoke at the University of Toledo, solidifying the appearance of partnership between the two countries.
