NPR's Larry Abramson reports on the latest development in the Microsoft legal battle. The Justice Department announced yesterday that it will not try to split Microsoft. Rather, it will use other means to limit the corporation's power. Some Microsoft watchers say the company was always expecting a Republican administration to treat Microsoft more gently.
