Groundhog Cam

Scott Simon talks with Gerald Sheeley, director of Public Safety in Anderson County, South Carolina about the county's hidden cameras aimed at catching people who dump trash illegally. So far, the cameras have only recorded the activity of couples seeking some privacy outside of town.
