Host Bob Edwards talks with NPR's Michele Kelemen about the debate over the results of the presidential election in Belarus. International monitors say, while the election day proceedings were legitimate, the victory won by President Alexander Lukashenko was the result of a campaign full of smear tactics that fell short of being truly democratic.
